Technician/Consultant: Duties performed include, customer software installation and hardware installation, equipment installation and cabling, computer and peripheral equipment repair. Implement server and network solutions for small business and home office customers. Assist with web design and implement procedures. Consult with customers on network design, setup and installation.

WESTERN UNION TELEGRAPH COMPANY: September 1980 - April 1990

Field Service Technician: To perform preventive and remedial maintenance on Western Union teletype equipment and third party maintenance of various vendor equipment at customer locations. Assist and support training of contract clientele. Work closely with customers to resolve usage and device malfunctions. Maintain switching and line conditioning equipment on assorted private and leased communication lines. Maintain company vehicle, spare parts and equipment.
Top Secret Clearance.

Bench Technician: Quality control testing of new equipment prior to installation at customer location. Setup, wiring, and testing of equipment racks and communications bays. Total reconditioning of pre-owned telex machines.

TELESOURCE INC. Lyndhurst, NJ: March 1985 - June 1989

Field Technician: Installation of communications cable, wiring, jacks and key systems. Construct, wire, test main/central distribution frames and long distance dialer systems. Maintain, update and service relevant customer equipment. Coordinate troubleshooting/fault isolation with carrier companies and vendors.

MASSACHUSETTS AIR NATIONAL GUARD: April 1985 - April 1986

Communications Specialist: Maintain a mobile communications center for ANG tactical air command. Voice, data and switching circuits.
Secret/Top Secret clearance.

UNITED STATES ARMY: June 1977 - June 1980

Technical Control Specialist: Responsible for coordinating with end users and other Technical Control stations to test, troubleshoot and isolate problems or potential problems on analog and digital communication circuits. Conduct tests on terminal equipment, conditioning equipment, multiplexing and transmission media on an entire channel or system path. Schedule, complete and report all preventative maintenance and service per established operating procedures. Take corrective action when applicable. Maintain site central distribution frame, backup generator, parts inventory, records, library and general upkeep and appearance.

TS/SCI clearance granted by Department of Defense emergency waiver in 1978
